Start an online application on the Queensland Home Education website. You have the option to use a paper application, or the new easier online application form.
To complete an application you will need the following documents:
– child’s birth certificate*
– declaration form**
– educational plan
*any other relevant ID documents may be required
**declaration form is found in the online application, or may be emailed to you by the QHE
You can submit your application with or without the documents required. Do not let missing attachments hold you up from beginning your journey if you are requiring immediate registration.
