The Free2learn Homeschool Market is happening on Friday, 11th September 2026 at Tudor Park Community Centre, Loganholme from 10am to 2pm — and the best part?

Entry is free!

This exciting community event is designed for home educating families, curious parents, and anyone interested in supporting the vibrant works of home educating students running stalls.

The day will feature:

Free2Homeschool Information Stand – your go-to spot for up-to-date guidance on home education in Queensland. No question is wrong and no question is too silly!

Homeschool Stalls & presentations by home educated students – browse a variety of stalls, entrepreneurial spirit, and meet your local organisation and co-op community.

Performances & Activities – there will be a range of busking and performance fun for all ages to enjoy throughout the day.

Food & Refreshments – there is an on-site café with refreshment options to keep you energised as you explore.

Whether you’re new to home education, seasoned on your journey, or simply wanting to connect with the local community, the Free2learn Homeschool Market is the perfect day to engage, connect, and be inspired.

WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT THE MARKET? 
 
We’ve had a few families asking what will actually be available at our Loganholme Homeschool Market, and the answer is… a LOT! 
 
With around 50 stalls, our homeschool kids and families have been busy creating, growing, baking and making all sorts of things ready for market day!
 
You can expect to find:
 
Baked treats & goodies – cupcakes, cookies, baked goods, vegan treats, lemonade, lollies and lucky dips
 
Handmade arts & crafts – clay creations, origami, paintings, mini artworks, resin creations, whimsical doll tree houses and lots of one-of-a-kind crafty goodies
 
Jewellery & accessories – bracelets, necklaces, beaded pens, keyrings, scrunchies, hair clips, bonnets, sleep masks, croc jibbitz and more
 
Kids’ treasures & collectables – toys, Pokémon & One Piece cards, 3D printed toys and fidgets, badges, masks and second-hand treasures
 
3D printed creations – fidgets, toys, accessories, home and office items and other creations
 
Plants & garden goodies – plants, seedlings, organic seeds and produce, garden décor and bird-seed wreaths
 
Handmade home & self-care – beeswax candles, soaps, bath bombs, botanical bath salts, goat’s milk soap, heat packs and beeswax food wraps
 
Books, stickers & stationery – fiction novels, including books written by our young creators, bookmarks, stickers, magnets and inspirational goodies
 
Pet goodies – dog biscuits, doggie bandanas and more!

Plus face painting, balloon twisting and our young buskers performing throughout the day!

It’s a great opportunity to discover some of what’s available in our local homeschool community all in one place, while also supporting our young entrepreneurs.

Most importantly, come along and support these kids! They’ve put so much thought and work into their stalls, and we’d love to see a great crowd there shopping, encouraging them and making their first market experience something special.
